Sea to Summit's Camp Mat S.I.™ is a self-inflating sleeping mat that's light enough for backpacking adventures and comfortable enough to get you the rest and recovery you need. They use sophisticated pressure-mapping data to define body contact areas which becomes the blueprint for their distinctive graduated core pattern in the Camp Mat S.I.™. Delta Core-V™ vertical coring technology is applied to remove 20% of the weight and bulk of the mat's polyurethane (PU) foam, so in body contact areas where support and warmth is needed — shoulders, hips and feet — the vertical core holes are smaller, while in the areas requiring less support and warmth, more foam has been removed to minimise the weight and packed size. Sea to Summit's use of a 75D polyester fabric makes for a tougher, more abrasion resistant base, while at 3.8 cm thick, the Camp Mat S.I.™ is comfortable enough to keep anyone from pushing through to the ground. The high 4.2 R-value also means it’s great to use in all year round.
